Carlton Tower Hotel, 4 star
 

OK, I had stayed there (in the UAE) in Dubai for a few days. I chose the Carlton Tower hotel because it's in a perfect spot between the markets, not far from the beach, etc. But anyway, I didn't really think much of it, besides to say that I had the best meal since I got off the plane at the Butterfly restaurant. I just want to thank the management and all the staff.
