Fairmont Hotel and Golf Resort, 5 star
 

The Fairmont Dubai was nice and new, so I expected little more than I received: an international caliber hotel of high standard, very clean, with a still fresh and well-trained staff. The golf facilities are very nice, but nothing like some of the European classics, although I hear that the administrators are working hard to build their standing in the international golf community. The food at the restaurant was excellent and various for the most eclectic tastes.
