Dear Customer Service, my experience of the Marco Polo hotel is as follows: the rooms were comfortable and spacious; the staff was efficient and unobtrusive; the business center was high-standard, and offered a good selection of business services and amenities. I would choose another hotel for a more remote location from the city, where there is more tranquility and serenity. But the hotel's centrality is pleasing to some, and necessary to others.
